Jennifer M. (Sultzaberger) Caron is an Associate at Thomas, Long, Niesen & Kennard.
Jennifer concentrates her practice in the areas of telecommunications and public utility law, public and municipal finance and administrative and government law. Prior to joining Thomas Long, Jennifer was a prosecuting attorney for the Office of General Counsel, Department of State in the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs, where she handled an array of administrative law matters for various licensing Boards in the Commonwealth. She also served as a judicial law clerk for the President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
Jennifer has been a member of the James S. Bowman American Inns of Court, and is currently a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association, where she serves as Board of the Young Lawyers Section. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers, the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association, and the Pennsylvania League of Cities and Municipalities.
Jennifer volunteers her time serving on the "Go Red" committee for the American Heart Association and serves as local political committeewoman. She enjoys spending time with her husband, running, cooking and traveling.
