Charles E. (Tombo) Thomas, III is an Associate at Thomas, Long, Niesen & Kennard.
Tombo concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate law, energy, telecommunications, and public utility law, and public and municipal finance. He also counsels clients on trust and estate matters. He has broad experience with public and private financings, mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional and general business issues. In addition, he has represented clients on an assortment of administrative and regulatory matters, including certificate applications, complaint proceedings, service disputes, water/wastewater cases, and transportation and rail-highway crossing issues.
Tombo is a member of the American (including Business Law and Public Utility, Communication, and Transportation Law Sections), Pennsylvania, and Dauphin County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers, and the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association.
