Thomas T. Niesen is a Managing Partner at Thomas, Long, Niesen & Kennard.
Tom has over 25 years experience in administrative practice. He has represented corporate clients, both large and small, in proceedings before regulatory agencies and federal and state courts. In addition, he has extensive experience in public utility ratemaking matters. He is B-V rated by Martindale-Hubble.
Tom serves as a member of the Borough of Mechanicsburg Zoning Hearing Board. He is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association and is currently serving as Secretary/Treasurer of the Public Utility Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
