Michael L. Swindler is an Associate at Thomas, Long, Niesen & Kennard.
Mike has over 20 years experience in the practice of law in both the public and private sectors. He has gained extensive experience in litigating and resolving complaint proceedings filed against utility clients, particularly in telecommunications issues involving residential customer complaints, business complaints, extended area service cases and rail-highway crossing matters involving telecommunications facilities. He also served a judicial clerkship with the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
Mike is a member of the Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations. He is also an Eagle Scout.
