Jennifer M. Sultzaberger has joined Thomas, Thomas, Armstrong & Niesen as an Associate where she concentrates her practice in the areas of telecommunications and public utility law, administrative and government law, and real estate.
Prior to joining Thomas, Thomas, Armstrong & Niesen, Jennifer was a prosecuting attorney for the Office of General Counsel, Department of State in the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs, where she handled an array of administrative law matters for various licensing Boards in the Commonwealth. She also served as a judicial law clerk for the President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from Dickinson College in 2002 and earned her law degree from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2005, where she was a member of the Woolsack Society. She is admitted to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.
