Thomas T. Niesen to Speak at PREA Lawyer/Cooperative Chief Executives Conference

Thomas T. Niesen , Managing Partner at Thomas, Thomas, Armstrong & Niesen, will speak at the 2007 Annual Pennsylvania Rural Electric Association (PREA) Lawyer/Cooperative Chief Executives Conference on Thursday, September 20, 2007, at The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel in State College, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Niesen will provide a brief overview of the most recent changes to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission’s procedural regulations, as well as the proposed electronic filing system to be implemented at the Commission. Mr. Niesen will also discuss the status of electric restructuring in Pennsylvania, including the promulgation of default service regulations and the expiration of generation rate caps.
