PA PUC:  Commission Adopts Proposed Rulemaking Order Concerning Abbreviated Procedure for Review of Transfer of Control and Affiliate Filings for Telecommunications Carriers

On September 27, 2007, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (“Commission”) adopted a proposed rulemaking order that sets froth amendments to Chapter 63 of the Commission’s regulations to streamline transfer of control and affiliate filings by telecommunications carriers.
