Speaking Engagement:  2011 PA Public Utility Law Conference

Thomas T. Niesen, Managing Partner at Thomas Long, is a member of the Course Planning Committee for the upcoming 2011 PA Public Utility Law Conference sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Association. 

In addition, Norman J. Kennard, Partner at Thomas Long, will be participating as a faculty member for the conference’s telecommunication workshop and is scheduled to present on the topic of “Universal Service: Who Should Contribute, How, and Why?”

The conference will be held at the Hilton in downtown Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on Tuesday, May 31, and Wednesday, June 1, 2011 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. each day.
