Upcoming Event: PTA’s 109th Annual Convention

July 17-20, 2011:  The Pennsylvania Telephone Association’s 109th Annual Convention will be held July 17-20, 2011 at The Hotel Hershey in Hershey, Pennsylvania.  Convention speakers will include Barry L. Denk, Director, the Center for Rural Pennsylvania; Carolyn Drescher, Manager, Tariffs and Training, National Exchange Carrier Association; Paul Raak, Vice President – Legislative Affairs, Independent Telephone & Telecommunications Alliance; David N.
